Terms and Conditions 

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is Kalós ("the Promoter").

  2. Eligibility
    a. Entry is open to residential builders aged 18 years and over who confirm a job with Kalós during the promotional period.
    b. Employees of Kalós, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

  3. Competition Period
    a. The competition opens on 1st February 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 28th February 2025 ("Promotional Period").
    b. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

  4. How to Enter
    a. To enter, participants must confirm a job with Kalós within the Promotional Period.
    b. Only one entry per confirmed job is permitted.
    c. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Prize
    a.  Winners will receive a VIP weekend getaway to the APL and AGP Factories in Hamilton, which includes:

    • Private tour of the APL Factory

    • Dinner at a top Hamilton restaurant

    • Exciting team activity

    • Flights and accommodation for the trip (15th - 16th April 2025)
      b. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

  6. Winner Selection & Notification
    a. The winner will be drawn at random on 3rd March 2025 from all eligible entries.
    b. The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the draw.
    c. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select a new winner.

  7. General Conditions
    a. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
    b. The Promoter is not responsible for any travel disruptions, delays, or unforeseen events that may affect the trip.
    c. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to this competition without further compensation.
    d. The Promoter is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

  8. Privacy Policy
    a. Personal information collected as part of this competition will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
    b. By entering, participants consent to their details being used for future promotional and marketing communications from Kalós, unless they opt out.

  9. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
